How do I cancel a subscription?
Account & quota → Manage subscription. No email required.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days if you haven't used paid features; at our discretion otherwise. Email hello@vocabay.com.
Which languages are supported?
15+ target languages including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Spanish, and more. Reading source is English.
Where is my data stored?
Account + saved data on Supabase (US, encrypted at rest). AI inference happens in the US. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
Can I delete my account?
Account & quota → Delete account, type your email to confirm. Permanent.
Do you use my data to train AI?
No. Our AI provider doesn't train on your data. We send only the tapped word and its surrounding sentence. Nothing else.
