Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your Vocabay Plus subscription at any time:
- Open the app and sign in.
- Click your avatar (bottom-left) and choose Account & quota.
- Click Manage subscription to open the billing portal.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate.
14-day right to cancel
You have 14 days to cancel for a full refund, provided you haven't started using paid features.
By purchasing Plus you confirm that you wish to begin using paid features immediately and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day statutory cancellation right once you start using them.
Refunds
Outside the 14-day window, we don't offer routine refunds for partial months. Email hello@vocabay.com with the reason; we reply within 2 business days.
Full refunds when:
- You were charged in error.
- The Service was unavailable for more than 48 hours during your billing period.
- You contacted us within 14 days and didn't use paid features.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, we retry over 7 days. After that, the subscription downgrades to Free; your saved data is unaffected.
Chargebacks
Contact us before raising a chargeback. Repeated chargebacks without contact may result in account termination.
Account closure
Cancellation stops billing; it does not delete your account. To delete: Account & quota → Delete account. Irreversible.
