Questions about billing
Does Plus have a free trial?
Yes — 5 days on both plans. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we don't pro-rate.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refund within 14 days if you haven't used paid features. After that, at our discretion — see our Refunds policy.
What happens if my card fails?
We retry over 7 days. After that, your account downgrades to Free; your saved words stay safe.
Is there a discount for students or teams?
Not yet. Email hello@vocabay.com if you'd want one.
Who handles billing?
Polar.sh is our merchant of record. Stripe sits underneath; we never see your card details.
